Planstalk acts as a platform to connect users with event hosts. We facilitate bookings/payments but are not responsible for the conduct or safety of the event itself, which is the sole responsibility of the Host.

Users agree to provide accurate information during booking and conduct themselves respectfully at events. Harassment or misconduct may lead to a ban from the platform.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
