Planstalk provides digital services (event bookings and community access). We do not sell or ship physical products.

2. Delivery of Service

Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation via:

• Email: A booking confirmation sent to your registered email address.
• On-Screen: An instant success screen with your booking status.

3. Accessing the Event

Your digital confirmation (Email or Screenshot) serves as your entry ticket. Please present this at the venue at the scheduled time. No physical ticket will be mailed.
