Child Safety Standards

Planstalk (operated by Planstalk LLP) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we maintain to keep children safe on our platform, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Our commitment

• We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children.
• We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on Planstalk.
• Planstalk is intended for adults (18 and over) and is not directed at children.
• Violations result in immediate removal of content, termination of the responsible account, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

How we prevent and respond to abuse

• In-app reporting: Users can report other users and any user-generated content directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to stop unwanted contact.
• Review and removal: We review reported content and remove anything that violates these standards, and disable the accounts responsible.
• Reporting to authorities: Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we preserve relevant information and report to the appropriate regional and national authorities as required by law.

Report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Planstalk that may involve the safety of a child, please report it immediately using the in-app report feature, or contact us at hello@planstalk.com. We treat these reports as our highest priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement. In India, concerns can also be reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
